Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

At Star Jewellers, we aim to ship your jewellery within 5 days or sooner. If an item needs to be made to fit or is specially made for your order, shipping may take up to 2 weeks, and we will contact you with an updated dispatch date.

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery or a First Class Signed For service, and we provide a tracking reference once your order has been shipped.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and dispatched within a working week. If your item requires additional work, such as resizing or being made specifically for you, the processing time may be longer. We will contact you immediately with updated shipping information if we require longer to customise or make your jewellery.

Delivery Method

We send jewellery using an insured signed-for delivery service to help protect your order in transit. A tracking reference will be provided so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Collection

If you prefer, you may collect your jewellery from our office. We will email you when your order is ready for collection, and you should bring your email receipt when collecting your item.

Packaging

Your jewellery will be sent in a Star Jewellers signature box. If you have any specific presentation requirements, please let us know when placing your order.
