Browsing & Education

Stepping into the world of Diamond jewellery can feel intimidating, but we’re here to make it welcoming and enjoyable. We're only a call or email away to begin a conversation about any requirements, budgets and designs.

Appointments

You're always more than welcome to book an appointment with us at a time that suits you best. If you have a specific design in mind, or you're hoping to browse some loose diamonds, please let us know and we'll curate a selection for you to view.

Crafting

Once you've chosen your design and Diamonds, it's time to craft your Jewellery. We usually ask for a couple of weeks at the most to make Jewellery. Often, we can make and finish an Engagement ring within a week.

After Care

Our aim is to make sure your Jewellery is always healthy and shining. Visit us twice a year for a free health check and polish and clean.

STAR AFTER-CARE

We offer a free polishing and cleaning service on all Jewellery purchased at Star. You're able to bring in your Jewellery twice a year. This is usually a same day service.
