The 1990's
Our corner has a rich history, before we made it our own, this building housed an auction house and pawnbrokers. It’s incredible to think that just 30 years ago, this very place looked so different from how it does today.
Millenial changes
1998 - 2010
When we first opened Star, the building stood in a clean eggshell white. For the next 12 years, we kept that look, gradually adding details, like our Star Jewellers sign that scales the building and the canopies you can see in the photo on the right, taken around 2004.
Us, today.
2010 - Present
We temporarily closed the shop in 2010 to carry out a full refurbishment of both the exterior and interior. During the renovation, we moved away from the original eggshell palette to a more contemporary off-grey and black colour scheme. Since then, we’ve continued to refresh the paintwork and refinish the tiles regularly to ensure the shop always looks sharp and inviting.

We're on the move!
Our story didn't start at 70 Hatton Garden, and it doesn't end there. We're proud to continue making a wide range of jewellery, and we'll never compromise on our excellent standards of craftsmanship, wherever we are based. Welcome to a new era of Star Jewellers. We look forward to seeing you in our new home soon.
