Delivery

We aim to ship any order within the same working day if ordered before 3pm, or by the following working day at the latest.

We offer free UK delivery on all of our Jewellery.

Our Jewellery is shipped via Royal Mail 24hour Tracked and Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Returns

With all of our jewellery, you have a 14-day returns period. We will provide you with a returns mailing bag to ensure a quicker, easier returns process and to make sure you never pay for postage when buying from us.

After Care

Our aim is to make sure your Jewellery is always healthy and shining. Visit us twice a year for a free health check, polish and clean. This service is mostly a same-day offer.
