“The service I received was 10/10 from start to finish and in the end, my fiance was absolutely delighted with the engagement ring I purchased. Like many people in my shoes, I walked into the shop with enough knowledge on rings and diamonds to fit on a postage stamp. David carefully walked me though each stage showing me different shapes and cuts and to fit within my budget. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed during the hours I spent in the shop.”

“I presented my Mom’s engagement, wedding rings and the ring she always wore on her right ring finger along with the design I was wanting. David worked with me and my design came to life. We added one of my Dad’s rings for the extra gold and the ring is amazing! I now have a great tribute to my parents and couldn’t have asked for a better service! Thank you to David. “I was attracted into the store by the stylish and elegant display in the window. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The ring I wanted to purchase needed adjusting and this service was offered free of charge. The ring I wanted to wear it with needed cleaning and they offered to do this without any additional cost. Overall a great experience.”
